The kids are playing around out side. A snake comes and the wife yells at the kids to get them to come away from the snake.

The mum yells at her kids to get inside. They get inside and they see the snake go under the house.

The mum stays up all night waiting for the snake to come out. She is thinking about her past and all her hard ships she has had to over come. Alligator the dog pulls the snake out from under the house. The mother whacks the snake hard on the head several times and kills it.

The mother uses her stick to pick up the dead snake and throw it onto the fire. The whole family is very grateful to have Alligator as there protector of the family
