    World war 1 was France, Great Britian, united states, and Russia fighting aginst Germany, austria. Almost all of Erupoe was involved in the war even if they didn't take a side. Worlf war I was mainely fought in trenchs. The war end in 1919. After the war when Germans surendered there was a lot of damage throguh out Europe.Cities were bombed, land was distroyed for farming, and coutries would take a very long time to rebuld. United states didnt have to rebuld because they were fare away.

    Archduke Franz Ferdinand was assinsinated he was king of Austria. He was shot by Bosnian Serbs. After his death Austria made allies with Germany. Britian, France and Serbia became allies to fight against Austria and Germany.

The treaty was very harsh. All the European countries felt that they had to punish the axi to prevent future war.

Once America entered world war II the economy was boost, Jobs opened up in factories for people to build an armory.
