Munich Conference
Britain, France, Italy, and Germany met in Munich to decide Czechoslovakia's fate. Hitler demanded to have the land and they just gave it up to him. -
Danzig
Hitler wanted control of Danzig back form Poland. This proved Hitlers intentions to France and Britain. So they said if Hitler invaded Poland for Danzig, they would go to their aid. -
Nazi-Soviet Pact
Nonaggression pact signed by Germany and the USSR. Which would hopefully prevent war. -
Poland, Britain, France.
Germany invaded Poland, and two days later France and Britain declared war on Germany. This is when World War II begun. -
Poland Fell
The blitzkrieg was used against Poland and Poland could not repel the attacks. -
Bore War
Western Europe remained quiet throughout the Poland war. -
Invasion of France
The French waited for German to take the first move and attack. They had the Maginot Line waiting and ready for war; a line of concrete bunkers and fortifications. Hitler decided to go around the Maginot Line and attacked Belgium along the way. -
Evacuation at Dunkirk
They got troops out of Dunkirk because Hitler haulted the attack for unknown reasons. -
French Surrender
Hitler accepted French's surrender. Germany now occupied most of northern France and its costline. -
Battle of Britain
German air force started an air battle with British forces.
