The School District of Columbia did not make a way for children with behavior problems, they excluded children with disabilities from classroom activities. They were expel from school.
This was a violated the rights of the children.The children had a right to be educated at any public school, and the school fail to meet that need.

John Doe was a student who had problems controlling his emotions. He had not control over his anger and impulse, and the school expelled him.
The child' Rights was validated, the courts stated that a child who misbehave in class and it is related to a disabilities can not be removed from school.
Children with problems of misbehaving in school must remain in their class until they go through a process of reviews under IDEA laws.
