    The US supreme court ruling this helped students with special needs, because teacher are required to have a lesson plan with special instruction and support to make sure all child succeed

    John Doe was a student who had problems controlling his emotions. He had not control over his anger and impulse, and the school expelled him.
    The child' Rights was validated, the courts stated that a child who misbehave in class and it is related to a disabilities can not be removed from school.
    Children with problems of misbehaving in school must remain in their class until they go through a process of reviews under IDEA laws.
