    The Japanese move to the USA becuase at the time the Gold Rush was happening. Many Chinese came to America to find new jobs or to be involved in the Gold Rush.

    The Gentlemens Agreement was an agreement that President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Japan made. The purpose was to stop Japanese immigration and the anti-japanese clubs, but this agreement backfired. The Japanese setup something called Picture Brides.

    When Japanese men moved to America their parents set up a marriage for their son by lorrking at how their wife might look like. Then they would send his wife over and they would be legally married to one another.

    The Japanese were accused of still being loyal to Japan. They were also accused of being spies and reporting back to Japan. They then were sent away so that the United States can beat Japan.

    It was the time when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941. United States wan't expecting that Japan was gonna bomb Pearl Harbor. The bombing was really terrible, becuase a lot military lives were lost.

    Executive Order 9066 was a day when Franklin D. Roosevelt decided to relocate all people who are related to Japanese Ancestry.

    FBI agents searched the houses of Japanese Americans. They searched very thourogh. An example is that one woman ws walking into her house and she saw FBI agents in her house. She served them tea but the Fbi agents wouldn't take it.

    A time when all Japanese Americans were being rounded up. These Japanese were sent to Internment Camps also known as Relocation Camps. The Japanese were forced to leave their homes and close there shops.

    An order that forced Japanese people to move to a new area. It called the Japanese to move to the assigned location at 12:00, 1942. It was a sad moment for Japanese American citizens.

    E-Day is the day where all Japanese people go to their assigned camps. All Japanese people had to go to the camps. At the same time government leaders were thinking of physically clearing the Japanese population on the United States
