    Building Forts
    In the year 1713 the french built a massive fort called fort Louisberg , at this point the British now know that without the french having fort louisberg they would fall in strength. in the year 1745 the British took possession of fort Louisberg.  The building of the French fortress called Louisburg escalated the British how they wanted to make the fort their own. It also helped the French when they had possession because it was a great use for storage of military equipment.
  • Ohio River Valley

    Ohio River Valley
     As people started to settle into the frontier and started to move more west into the Ohio River Valley. They moved to land that was owned by the first nations. In 1753 British settlers began to move into Ohio Valley this made the First Nations very mad that the British would intrude on their land. This effected the war because many of the First Nations Peoples became furious that the British would intrude on their owned possessions. Now later on in time the first nations will not be trusted.
  • Expulsion Of The Acadians

    Expulsion Of The Acadians
    The Acadians formed a resistance to pose a threat against the British when it was clear that they would win the war. This made the French angrier than ever and they expressed that when the Acadians formed a resistance to try and dethrone the British. But it failed once they lost the war eventually to the British. This effected the war because it gave the British the land that that was once owned for the Acadians but when they tried to fight the British failed and got their land taken.
  • Take Fort Oswego

    Take Fort Oswego
    The taking of fort Oswego was a series of French victories with in a week 3000 troops attacked the British. French were also pared with first nation allies.The French started to win the war after they were winning in Europe and in Canada.Montcalm's men seized their 121 cannons and took 1,700 prisoners.
    This was significant to the war because of the French's hunger for power and for the win so the British saw that and seized the opportunity to take it over.

    The Plains Of Abraham
    The plains of Abraham was a battle scene of the french and Indian war. The British soldiers were under the command of general wolf when they were led up a steep cliff under the city in darkness. This battle was the most important battle whoever won took Canada. They ended up defeating the French.
    The British were in need of a fort that almost everything ran through because of the St Lawrence river.
    The St Lawrence river ran from the north Atlantic all the way into lake Ontario.

    the Seven Years Of War was a time period of tremendous battles between the french and the Huron, against the British and the Iroquois. whoever won would take possession of the country of Canada. this war was from 1756-1763
  • Take Fort William Henry

    Take Fort William Henry
    When the French attacked fort William Henry in 1757. The fort was located at the southern east area of lake George. After many days of severe fighting the British surrendered to the French who had over 2000 Indians from different tribes fighting with them. In the battle Montcalm's men killed over 1500 of the British. Less than 200 were killed in the after mass.
    This was significant to the war because it alerted the British of what was coming and they found new strategies to defend.

    Attack on the German Flats
    The attack on the German Flats consisted of brutally killing 150 people and also took 50 prisoners to be pillaged. The Iroquois and loyalists lead the attack of the German flats. Later in the war the French gave the British back their prisoners in return for their own
    Many Crops, Barns and houses were destroyed during this attack. The attack on the German flats was a raid to the frontier settlement, this battle marked Frenches new era of fighting strategies/styles.

     14000 British with the largest army to ever set sail in from England is ready to take over the legendary fort Louisburg packed with resources that can lead the British into victory in this war. This effected the war because the British are angrier than ever now that they have gotten their prized possession taken out of slim air by the Brits. Now I would think that the Fr enc would have to rebel for their fort back.
  • Treaty of Paris

    Treaty of Paris
    The treaty of Paris was a treaty that ended the revolutionary war between Spain, England and France. The treaty was signed by King George 3 of Great Britain. Great Britain and France returned much of the territory that was taken in the war but great Britain gained much of francs possessions in North America.

    The treaty of Paris ended a brutal war between these rivals, signing a treaty allowed for the citizens to make a basis of modern country in Canada.
