    More than 8,000 white roses were placed around Selena’s black coffin in remembrance of Corpus Christi’s rising star who had touched the hearts of countless people and who united Americans of Mexican descent in hope and joy for a better life.
    The reason why this is a relatable moment is because my favorite rose is white and I am glad to know that before my time that loved white roses.
