On January 1st of 2000 Savhannah had developed a better plan for her nation. She wanted to develop a government where the citizen could feel free.

The first step is for an informateur to investigate which political parties could form a coalition. Then a formateur seeks ministers and state secretaries for the new government. It took sometime but soon Savhannah had her plan in place.

Before Savhannah is able to form her government she must be sworn in. Therefore she has to have a meeting at which the new ministers pledge their support for the draft coalition agreement.The coalition agreement shows the government’s main policies for its term in office.

To get the ball rolling the is an informateur which needs to presides over consultations with the leaders of the parties that seem most likely to be able to form a coalition. The main topic of discussion is the programme of policies the future government will pursue. Once the party leaders have agreed on a programme, they set it out in a draft coalition agreement. Soon the formateur aims to form a new government as soon as possible, this took some time.

As Savhannah goes through all the legal process and gets approved she begins to establish a blend of people who want to stand behind her and grow her government.
