Matilda has many adventures and ends up being adopted by her school teacher - Miss Honey. -
The BFG (term2)
The BFG ( Big Friendly Giant) is the kindest giant ever. Most giants are gruesome human bean eating beasts, but not the BFG. He collects dreams of sleeping chidren but one night a child named Sophie saw him! He takes her to his cave and with her help, stops the worst giant of them all - the Blood Bottler. The BFGis soon widlet known as he met the queen also! I think this is a great book because it's fun and full of adventure! I reccomend this book to anyone from the age of 8 - 13 . -
Tomorrow When the War began
I reccomend this book because it is great! It is about 7 teenagers who go off to camp in the hills, a few days later they return home and nobody's there. A war has started on their own back yard and they have to fight to survive. They cannot trust anyone and have to think smart and quick. It is a very intense book that I thoroughly enjoyed!!. -
