Selecting & Reserving Venue - South Beach
Venue will be located under a tent on the beach between the Setai & the W hotels on 20th and 21st and Colline Avenue, South Beach. -
Selecting Show Date
Show date will be on April 25, 2014 -
Plan the Fashion Show Budget
Get together with team and plan the budget. -
Create Model Lineup
Print polaroid pictures of each model in swimsuits and create lineup based on order each model will walk out on the runway. Write down details of accessories that go with each swimsuits so that wardrobe stylist can make sure models go out on runway with appropriate swimsuit, accessories, shoes. -

Start Social Media Campaign
Promote Sands Fashion Show through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr -
Fashion Show VIP Invites
Electronic and mail invites send out. -
Select Models - Casting
Casting will be held at the W Hotel and casting information will be sent to modeling agencies: Next, Wilheminia, Elite, MC2, Ford, Mega, & Front Models. -
Select Music for Fashion Show
Fun and upbeat that reflects todays latest trends of music. -
Model Fitting 1
First day - Selected models will fit and be assigned swimsuits for fashion show day. -
Model Fitting Day 2
Second day - Selected models will fit and be assigned swimsuits for fashion show day. -
Confirm Booked Models
Send booking confirmations to modeling agencies of booked models. -
Venue Setup
Tent starts going up on the beach, runway setup.
Audio visuals setup. -
Fashion Show Day
Start time: 6pm
