French and Indian War

The French and Indian war was called the 7 year war because it lasted for seven years. It was also the struggle between European powers. It began because the British thought that they needed to prevent the French from gaining what Britian thought was rightfully theirs. It helped the American Revolution by removing barriers.

Proclomation of 1763

The Proclamation of 1763 closed of the frontier to colonial expansion. The king tried to create measures to calm the fears of the indians. It contributed to the American Revolution because of the trade system.

Stamp Act

Boston Massacre

Tea Act

Boston Tea Party

Lexington and Concord
