    this was the act that the british passed that says that colonist had to house and feed soldiers. the colonist did not like this because this was a violation of property. This eventually leads to the boston massacre due to the soldiers being around and having abou 1 per 4 colonist.

    The boston massacre. This was when the colonist started throwing snowballs and harassing the british soldiers. We don't know who fired first but someone yells fire and someone shot killing 5 colonist. This ended up being a violation of the life.

    The British government granted East India Company a monopoly on the importation and sale of tea in the colonies. This cause a tax on tea in the colonies. This was a violation of their liberty and this ends up leading to the boston tea party.

    The Boston tea party was the colonist reaction to the tea act. They boarded the tea ships dressed as Indians and dumped the tea into the harbor. This was a violation of their liberty. When word gets back to Britten they are not happy and turns into the American Revolution.

    This was Britain's reaction to the tea party. Because the colonies were in a rebellion the British knew that would have to fight. They wanted to try to take away there gun powered. With no gunpowder the colonist would not be able to fight. But when the redcoats got to Lexington and concord the colonist had already moved all there gun powered.
