I was born the same day as Reagan Smith.
-
She was born in Snellville, GA. On august 8, 2000.
-
She started doing gymnastics as Texas Dream, where she currently does gymnastics. She said she started gymnastics because her mom was a coach and she was always at the gym so she just joined at the age of 4.
-
She is in 10th grade and is at a private school.
-
Reagan Started to be a senior gymnast just this year, but she was on the Junior National team. She has been competing ever since and now competes for senior National team.
-
She has lived her for 10 years now. She moved because of gymnastics.
-
She says she likes math because it is easy for her to understand.
-
She does dance on the side to learn how to dance in her beam and floor routines. Dances usually helps flexibility and accuracy.
-
When a gymnast typically turns 16 they move up into the senior division. During the Rio Olympics she was only 15 until a quarter of the way through when she turned 16. You have to be 16 and in the senior division to compete in the olympics. The games for gymnastics started after her birthday so she would have been able to compete. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5iGwk-FqMU

Reagan competed at the Olympic trials as a senior gymnast. She did really good and placed her self on the team as a back-up.
-
Although Reagan did not compete at the Rio Olympics, she did go along. At the 2016 Rio Olympics the U.S. Women Gymnast placed 1st.
-
She just started school and will be in school tell early june like most of us.
