    The Auckland Sky Tower had to be a high-quality standard and made of high -quality materials.
    Time could be optimized as there was no date for completion and it was completed early.
    The budget was $69 million.

    Google Brain is a project in the fact it is unique, nothing of its kind has been done before.
  • Dunedin Forsyth Barr

    Dunedin Forsyth Barr
    Dunedin Forsyth Barr, is a project that was completed in 2011. It cost $198.3 million to complete it is the first undercover stadium in New Zealand, it was a temporary build and had to be completed in 2011.
    The completion time was fixed, due to it needing to be finished before the Rugby World Cup in 2011. The cost was optimized as the Dunedin City Council was responsible for the budget. The quality was accepted for the time constraint however the budget was increased.
