    Para formar el presente continuo se utiliza el verbo "to be" y el gerundio del verbo.
  • Sujeto - Auxiliar - Gerundio

    Sujeto - Auxiliar - Gerundio

    I am runing
    She, He, It is sleeping
    You, We, They are singing
  • AFIRMATIVO

    AFIRMATIVO

    Sujeto + verbo auxiliar "to be" + gerundio I am singing
    She, He, It is playing football
    You, We, They are working
  • NEGATIVO

    NEGATIVO

    Sujeto + Verbo auxiliar "to be" + auxiliar negativo + gerundio I´m not working
    She´s not talking
    You´re not eating
  • INTERROGATIVO

    INTERROGATIVO

    Verbo auxiliar "to be" + sujeto + gerundio?
    Are you talking?
    Is he eating?

  • USOS

    1.- Para hablar sobre algo que esta pasando en el momento en el que hablamos.
    2.- Para hablar de algo que esta sucediendo en la actualidad pero no necesariamente cuando hablamos
