On the 6th, Yamamoto wrote down the plans for the attack on Pearl Harbor. The first thing stated was that they needed to expand their airforce. Second, it stated that they needed a new strategy because the old strategy never won them any war. -
Attack
At 7:55am on Decamber 7, the Japanese dropped the first bomb on Haiwaii. The last bomb was dropped at 10am. The base was attacked by 353 Japanese fighters, bombers, and torpedo planes.
