    chalcedon, DUALism as law&order
    creation of western world
Repeatedly Christians argued furiously over the nature of Christ, debates that seem unnecessary to most modern observers and were in essence fights about power.
These word fights would define a border between Europe and Middle East, and set both apart from Asia.

    Thomas Aquinas - Summa Theologica

The Summa Theologica, written 1265–1274 is the most influential work of Western philosophy Aristotle and Aquinas both see (a self defined) God as the highest being, and believe that the highest life is
one that follows the values of this highest being.
Their views on God are very different. Aristotle was not a religious person, his God was pure reason.
Aquinas believed that one SHOULD be moral, and that God activily acted as ccompassionate guide to a moral life
