    Born on January 29, 1954. Oprah winfrey was born into poverty. She grew up with her grandma and had dreamed of doing anything that meant she was on television. Her mother left her at a young age and she was abused for a while and her grandma saved her from a horrible life. Her grandmother was the push she needed, she pushed her into trying new things and to do well in school. She was taught that education can take you anywhere you want to go.

    Oprah funded an all girl school in Africa. She had plans to help the young women of Africa find themselves and maybe even give them a chance to go to college. She plans to build a house and be an active part in their education (Oprah Winfrey). She has a heart that has no money limits, she will give to a cause if she truely believes in it. This only makes her more influential.

Oprah really made a connection with her fans and struggled to keep it together when she officially told them the news.

She spoke for him and she used her power over her fans to encourage him as an ecelent choice to lead the US in the right direction.
