    Eulinda is a young 13 year old women who is a slave for Mr. Hampton her biological father. With her mom dead, brother Neddy in the war with no garuntee of survival, and her younger brother Zeke sold away she couldn't help but gain independence at a young age.
  • The Incident

    The Incident
    Since Eulinda is Mr.Hampton's daughter she gets more privileges. She was wondering outside the lot with permission with her puppy when she accidenlty got to close to the prison where the yankee soldiers where and had an incounter with a very rude captain. She then showed the captain her pass. Probably crazy from hunger the captain took Eulinda's puppy. After Mr. Hampton saved her puppy and cleared things up Eulinda got scolded by Mr.Hampton's 2nd wife Mistis for getting too close to the prison.

    That Hopeful Day
    Trying to find a way to prove their loyatly to the Yankees and also to the Confederates, so there cover wouldnt be blown an opening came up. There was a lady with her child being held in the Andersonville prison, the prison. While Mistis and Eulinda got the two Mr.Hampton seeked for Neddy who refused to come back.

    It was a Nightmare when Mr. Hapmton's first wife was around, she was the reson Zeke was sold away. She hated them so much she blamed Zeke for stealing her ring but he was the one who had actually found it with that she sold him when Mr.Hampton was away.Then the time came. Eulinda's mom had gotten serverly sick and before she died she went to Mrs.Hampton and spreaded her illness.....later as time passed Eulinda's mom had died taking Mrs.Hampton with her.

    The Yankees finally had won. With almost everyone gone Eulinda stayed to finish up something she had to do and after that whether she would stay or leave was something she couldn't answer. Later that day she went to the Andersonville prison do find his remains. She then saw a confederate soldier. He wanted to bury the soldiers that died respectably. He was willing to pay so Eulinda got the others back at the lot and they got to work.

    Something was starting. Dozens of former slaves were helping, Dorence Atwater had death rolls that heald over 13,000 dead soldiers, with his help they could identify almost all of the bodies and bury them in there own graves. Clara Barton the powerfulest women in the country came with hundreds so the process could go faster. Clara then took Eulinda as her secrrtary where she could stay with her and leave the lot. With that she decided to leave the lot and help full time at the prison.
  • How she starts her New Life

    The day had come where Eulinda could finish would she had planned on the start. The ring, Neddy had stolen it to remember Zeke and he said he would take it to his grave and he wanted her to have so she could have a new start by selling it. With Mr.Atwater they found Neddy and she had gotten the ring. She decides to give it to Ms.Barton so she can pay to take a young family and Eulinda with her to he home where they can start over and live a life of freedom.
