This event was major because it gave the U.S another state, which is relevant since it is still one. Us taking Hawaii benefited both since it needed better leadership, which we gave them.

The model T was a huge event in history due to its relevance now. To this day, and perhaps onward, cars are used by nearly everyone and are constantly being improved. Without the model T, it might've taken a but longer for cars to advance.
