    Sopwith Camel is first flown
    The Sopwith camel was invented by Tomy Sopwith. It had many strengths as it was a small plane ,so a harder targert for the enemies. The Sopwith Camel had a pair of twin Vickers machine guns, giving it strong firepower and an ability to shoot for nearly 20 seconds non-stop. It also carried 4 bombs so it had a variety of different weapons.
    The Sopwith Camel was an replacement of the Sopwith Pup.
    It was the first British plane to have 2 Viker machines guns

    The Hwker Hunter was extremly fast and broke the worlds air speed record in 1953. It was a great achievement for Britan because it was the first jet plane to be made in Britain. The hawker hunter was also well armed. It had 4 ADEN guns, with 150 rounds of ammunition per gun.
