  • Abraham Lincoln signed the emancipation proclamation

    On Jan. 1, 1863 Abraham Lincoln signed the emancipation proclamation, which was a order that was measured for war , during the civil war times .
  • Lincoln Assasinated / KKK formed

    Abraham Lincoln was assasinated on April15, 1865 . Durng that same week the KKK (klu klux klan) was formed in Pulaski Tennesee , which was a racism party formed to put hatred against blacks .
  • The 14 ammendment was formed !!!

    The 14 ammendment was passed . It was a constitution to make all blacks full americans , that means slavery ended and all blacks were free.
  • The fifteeenth amendment was formed !!

    The 15 amendment was formed. It was a constitution formed for all independence to blacks in some places. That means some blacks were able to sit with whites , eat with them, talk to them and even be in a relationship with them. But only some states approved that amendment.
