    A Universal Studios film that was directed by Karl Freund. This film was shot in Cantil, California. This film stars Boris Karloff as a priest named Imhotep who was burried alive, he is then brought back to life, and the mummy because to try and reunite with his lost love

    The Mummy's Hand was produced by Universal Studios . This film begins when two archaeologists recover a burial of an Egyptian princess Ananka. They begin to be terrorized by mummys while in the desert, one of them being Kharis.

    The Mummy's Tomb is the sequel to The Mummy's Hand. In this film Mehemet Bey takes a job at a cemetary where the monsters want to take over Ananka's tomb. When there are multiple victims Banning begins to solve the mystery. Since Bey is in love with a women named Isobel, he captures her. The film ends with Banning rescuing Isobel and the house catching fire and all the monsters burning.

    Abbott and Costello Meet the Mummy was directed by Charles Lamont. This film took a more comical approach to the view of mummys and was known as one of the greatest mummy comedy ever made.

    The Mummy was a British Horror film that was directed by Terence Fisher. This film seemed to reflect many parts of The Mummy's Hand, The Mummy's Tomb, and The Mummy's Ghost. The archaeologists discover the tomb of Ananka, and accidently bring the mummy of Kharis to life.

    The Curse of the Mummy's Tomb was the sequel to the British Horror film The Mummy. This film picks up where The Mummy left off, the mummy winds up reviving and begins killing people on the expedition.

    This was a sequel to the remake of 1999 version of The Mummy. This film was written and directed by Stephen Sommers. Like the first remake, this film was based more on adventure and slapstick comedy.
