    Rosa Parks was born on February 4, 1913. She was born in Tuskegee, Alabama.

    Get in the Back of the Bus!!!
    On December 1st, 1955 Rosa was orderd to go to the back of a city bus. She refused and the bus driver threatend to call the police. She refused the second time, and later she was arrested for not giving up her seet to a white man.

    On the exact same day that Rosa got put in jail, later thqt night she was released on bail.
  • The Begining of the Bus Boycott

    E.D Nixon started forming a plan to organize a Bus Boycott for the Montgomerey city buses. E.D NIxon did this on the smae night that Rosa Parks had been put in jail.
  • No More Buses

    On Monday, December 5, 1955, members of the African-American community were told to not ride the Montgomerey city buses. They did this to protest against Rosa's arrest.

    Today is the 1st day of the Boycott. No one is riding the bus. Everyone is walking or riding bikes, and apsolutly NO BUSES!!! Whites evan joined in to show suport during the Boycott, because they to did not agree with the law of blacks siting on the back of the bus.

    Today the Montgomery Bus Boycott had made sucsess, the court held a meating and wrote the new law, that anyone could sit were they want on a buss.

    This was the day the Bus Boycott officaly ended. It was a merical so what people in the old days "Jim Crow(the law)" was no more but a memory.

    Today, a sad day, Rosa Parks died on Oct 5, 2005. She died a quiet death of Porgressive Dementia. But yet, she was still the one who made equal rights for riding on a bus. Her death was marked by several memorial services.
