    It is a a printed publication (usually issued daily or weekly) consisting of folded unstapled sheets and containing news, feature articles, advertisements, and correspondence. Marion first encountered newspaper at this year as her mother brought home some of it from work. She found it interesting as there are current societal issues in there to read.

    It is a system for transmitting voices over a distance using wire or radio, by converting acoustic vibrations to electrical signals. Nyrhannah and Marion discovered it through television. They first saw it in a teleserye. They found it useful for communication.

    It is a mechanical or electro-mechanical machine for writing characters similar to those produced by printer's movable type. Marion saw this tool at her mother's workplace. She found it helpful to her mother because it makes her mothers job easier.
  • RADIO (Electronic Age)

    It is the technology of using radio waves to carry information, such as sound and images, by systematically modulating properties of electromagnetic energy waves transmitted through space, such as their amplitude, frequency, phase, or pulse width. Nyr & Marion first saw and heard radio this year since they already have one in each of their houses. They found it entertaining and also it can spread information/ important matters right away.

    It is a system for transmitting visual images and sound that are reproduced on screens, chiefly used to broadcast programs for entertainment, information, and education and also, it is a device that receives television signals and reproduces them on a screen. Nyr & Marion first encountered this tool as they already have one in each of their houses at this year. They found it very enjoyable as it has a lot of channels to be viewed at.
  • COMPUTER (Electronic Age)

    It is a device that can be instructed to carry out sequences of arithmetic or logical operations automatically via computer programming. Modern computers have the ability to follow generalized sets of operations, called programs. These programs enable computers to perform an extremely wide range of tasks. Marion first used it in an internet cafe for her assignment as she have to search for something on google that time. She found it very useful.
  • WALKIE TALKIE (Electronic Age)

    WALKIE TALKIE (Electronic Age)
    It is a hand-held, portable, two-way radio transceiver. Its development during the Second World War has been variously credited to Donald L. Hings, radio engineer Alfred J. Gross, and engineering. Nyr & Marion first saw it from the Guards from their school at this time and also in some malls. They found it very useful as the Guard's job is quite easier for their communication purposes and we all know that communication is one of the very important things for them.

    It is also known as hand phone, sometimes shortened to simply mobile, cell or just phone, is a portable telephone that can make and receive calls over a radio frequency link while the user is moving within a telephone service area. Back when Nyr & Marion were young, their parents bought them a phone so that it would be easier for their parents to contact them when they're at school which is why Nyr & Marion discovered the tool. They found it helpful.
  • LAPTOP (Digital Age)

    It is also called a notebook computer or simply a notebook, is a small, portable personal computer with a "clamshell" form factor, having, typically, a thin LCD or LED computer screen mounted on the inside of the upper lid of the "clamshell" and an alphanumeric keyboard on the inside of the lower lid. Marion's mother bought this tool during this time as it is very helpful to Marion for her school stuff which is the reason why she first discovered and used this tool. She found it very useful.

    It is a mobile device, typically with a mobile operating system and LCD touchscreen display processing circuitry, and a rechargeable battery in a single thin, flat package. Nyrhannah's sister bought this tool for her , the reason why she gained access to use and discover it. She found it entertaining especially during her free time.

    It is a wearable computer in the form of a wristwatch; modern smartwatches provide a local touchscreen interface for daily use. Nyrhannah's classmate let her used this tool during class hours. She found it hassle-free tool since it is just placed around the wrist.
