On May 16, 1836 Poe marries the love of his life, Virginia Clemm. What makes this marriage wierd today is that Virginia was only 13 years old when she got married and was a cousin to Poe.

On January 30, 1847 Virginia Clemm dies of the same diesase that killed his mother and foster mother, tuberculosis. After the death of his wife, Poe begins to think that he is a curse becasue all of the women that he has loved has died of the same disease.

On October 7, 1849 Poe dies in a Baltimore Hospital.The cause of his death is unknown but people think that he was murdered, had Carbon Monoxide Poisoning or had Rabies.
