    Madison moving towns- Industry versus Inferiority
    Madison Bowen moved towns in the year of 2018, during her 8th year of school. In Erikson's fourth stage, industry versus inferiority children in middle to late childhood begin to expand their social worlds. Moving made Madison expand those social worlds and acquire the knowledge and skills that were required for her to fit into the new culture and atmosphere that she was put in.

    Madison's First Homecoming- Identity Versus Identity Confusion
    Madison has her first homecoming at her new school. In Erikson's fifth stage, identity versus identity confusion, a person in adolescence is developing awareness for who they truly are. Here Madison is starting to develop that awareness for who she truly is. For her first homecoming she meets a group of people that help her find her place in the community and that push her to become who she is.

    Madison enters a relationship- Intimacy Versus Isolation
    Madison at age 17, joins as Sigma Sigma Sigma at UAA and makes a relationship that will last forever. Erikson's sixth stage, intimacy versus isolation, takes place in early adulthood when a person risks their new identity for a relationship. Usually its marriage but in this case Madison risks her identity when becoming friends with another girl in the sorority, her big. She's able to make herself vulnerable and keeps a good relationship with her friend.
