Cheryl got to New York and got signed to a company. After a while of small jobs and a few shoots she went home for a few days and 9/11 happened. The place she was signed to was small and the building was destroyed so she had to start all over on her career. She got signed to Prima, a big company, and had to work hard to get booked. she ran out of money and got kicked out of her hotel. For a weekend she had no money and no where to go.

The head booker at Prima refused to send her to castings for fasion week. Cheryl signed with another company since Prima wasn't giving her much. This other company got her a runway show.
