Tita Entered the World
Tita came prematurely on a kitchen table due to the smell of onions. -
Pedro and Rosaura's Wedding.
The kitchen was very consumed while preparing. Tita breaks down and causes the cake batter to go soggy. -
Nacha Passes Away.
The death of Nacha leaves Tita alone and feeling helpless since becoming the Ranch Cook. However, her meals are outstanding. -
The Birth of Roberto.
Roberto is birthed and Tita must work tirelessly to prepare a baptism meal. Rosaura is unable to produce milk for her child, so Tita must take on the responsibility of nursing him. -
Roberto Passes Away
Roberto sadly dies after Pedro and Roberto move away from Tita. This is because Roberto was only able to consume Tita's milk. Tita then lashes out on Mama Elena and blames her for the child's death. -
Tita Leaves the Ranch.
Tita stays with John despite her reasoning for not talking, John allows her to stay since she no longer wishes to stay with her mother. -
John Proposes to Tita.
John proposes after Tita no longer wishes to stay with her Mother. She visits once and realizes they no longer speak of her name and Chencha is asked to give everyone at the ranch the letter stating Tita will no longer return. -
Tita's Mother Dies.
When Mama Elena passes, Tita is released from her mother and grows more excited to marry John. She was also allowed to name Rosaura's second child, Esperanza. -
Tita Fears she's Pregnant.
Tita is frightened at the thought of being pregnant, since it would be Pedro's baby (Rosaura's husband.) She's also saddened since she will have to cancel her engagement to John Brown. -
Tita and the Ghost of Mama Elena.
Tita discovers she's not pregnant and fights back against the ghost of Mama Elena. However, when doing so, Mama Elena makes an oil lamp explode, lighting Pedro on fire. Causing mishap for Rosaura and Tita since Pedro calls out for Tita.
