Once the optometric practice sold she began to work for the new owner of the practice. A decision was made at the time of the current pandemic to take early retirement.

After the sale of the practice building, she reports that her life is blessed with healthy family and friends and that her life is content. The current pandemic has brought back some loneliness emotions but she understands that this is a temporary situation.
