The NGO Liberate the Children based in New York City is founded by the six members of the executive board: Rebecca McPhail, Morgan Anderson, Bennett Wilfang, Taylor Hines, Alex Vongnhay, and Jennifer Enriquez.

Established frequent educational training sessions to inform the public about the problem of child soldiers in Yemen and what they can do to support the cause. Provide worldwide education of any ongoing violations of human rights displayed by Yemen until agreed legislation is correctly enforced.

LTC acquired several allies and contributers to join in the fight against this human rights violation.

Submit fully inclusive reports to United Nations inspection committee every three months until they believe that all violations have been resolved.

Provide rehabilitation programs for child soldiers, including fostering and education assistance.

Develop local safe-haven youth centers where we can provide support for families and children that need to seek refuge from the violence and human rights crimes.

Create and establish a national procedure in Yemen and a database to track official date of births of its citizens and compile all previously created proof of birth documents.

The goal is to have Yemen pass a law with accompanying policies that will enforce the ban on the pracitce of enlisting child soldiers.
