    Mrs. Maloney finds her husband upstairs, his back turned to her, with all the anger she had building up inside, she ends up taking the frozen leg of lamb and hits him in the head with it.

    She leaves her husband there, dead, fixes up her hair, and makes her way to the store as if nothing happened.

    When she gets home, she sees her husband there lying motionless, realizes he really is dead, and breaks down to cry her heart out.
