2000 USB
USB flash drives allowed us to store more storage capacity into a tiny portable usb. This is helpful when your computer runs out of storage space or when you need a backup so that you don't accidentally miss any original files. It was first sold in Singapore by a company called Trek 2000 International but IMB was the first to sell USB's in the US. -
2001 iPod
The iPod was introduced to us by Apple which allowed us to listen up to 1000 songs on a small compatible device. This is an upgrade compared to the usual MP3 CD player because it was more compact and was able to store more music without carrying CD's around. -
2001 Xbox
The Xbox was first released in November 15, 2001 by Microsoft. Xbox allowed you to play console games, stream services and many more. Like other game consoles such as Play Station, you were able to play games presented onto your TV screen. -
2006 Wii
The Nintendo Wii was a game console that allowed you to play games. It was also the first console of Nintendo that allowed you to connect to the internet. It was released in 2006. -
2008 Smart TV
Samsung invented the first Smart TV in 2008. This allowed us to view content on a big screen using PC's with a LAN cable. The Smart TV wasn't as bulky compared to the early 2000's box TV's. Better graphics were presented.
