The Quality Department sets up a Deanery Report (DR) Project Group and arrange review meetings. -
Start populating template from LAB AARs
The Quality Department populates the template with issues, confidential issues and good practice as identified in LAB AARs. -
Populate template with issues from Contract Reviews
The Education Department populates the template with issues, confidential issues and good practice as identified in Contract Reviews. -
Populate template with issues from School Reports
All Schools (Specialty, GP, Foundation) populate the template with issues, confidential issues and good practice as identified in School Reports. -
Produce 1st Draft Report
The Quality Department produces the first draft of Deanery Report including all Exception Issues. -
1st Draft Report Review Meeting
The Deanery Report Project Group meets to review the first draft of Deanery Report. -
Produce 2nd Draft Report
The Quality Department produces the second draft of the Deanery Report. -
2nd Draft Report Review Meeting
The Deanery Report Project Group meets to review second draft of Deanery Report. -
Produce Final Draft Report
The Quality Department produces the final draft of Deanery Report. -
Final Draft Report Review Meeting
The Deanery Report Project Group meets to review Final draft of Deanery Report before being presented to the Quality Management Steering Group for final discussion. -
Sign off of final Deanery Report
The Dean Director Signs off the final Deanery Report. -
Submit Report to GMC
The Quality Manager submits the Deanery Report to the GMC.
