Joan and her men entered Chinon.Joan went to Dauphin Charles, and he gave her permission to fight in the Battle of Orleans. He agreed to let er fight, and the French ended up winning, thanks to Joan. (Williams)

Joan was captured by the Burgundian soldeirs, when she was locked out of a town during a batlle, The Burgundian soldiers sold Jaon to the Engliahfor 10,000 franks. The English belived that God didn't talk to her, but that the Devil did. The Burgundian soldiers wanted Joan dead so that Henery V could be the king.

Joan's trial was held in Rouen Castle. Joan had fiveteen trail sessions, before the church and court decicded to execute her.

Joan of Arc was burned in Rouen market place. She was burned because she was belived to be going against what the church said. The church belived that she was lying about how God and Saint Micheal had talked to her, and that they only talked to men, not women. (Williams)

In 1908 -496 years after she was burned- Joan was beatified. Being beatufied, is the first step in becoming a saint.

In May of 1920, Joan wbecame a saint. After being dead for 500 years, the church deciced that God does talk to everyone, and that Joan was not lying. Joan has joined the voices that helped her through her journey.
