Jessica Louise Nelson was born on 14 June of 1992 in Romford, London. She has an older sister named Jade and two brothers, Joseph and Jonathan. She is part of the group named Little mix, which it was the first girl group who won the x factor in 2011.

Jessica worked as a bartender before went to the show and performed "Bust Your Wings" by Jazmine Suliivan.

After she auditioned and get into the competition things started to get complicated, she began to feel more insecure about herself and she really thought that she would not be good enough.

She was eliminated from the category of solo artist in the x factor but the judges gave her the chance to be in a girl group with Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh Anne Pinnock.

She is now known as Jesy Nelson because the X factor presented her like that. Things were good, Tulisa Contostavlos was the trainer of Little Mix and people really supported them.

Jesy saw that people were so rude through comments in the internet about her looks, she began to feel vulnerable about herself and she really wanted to change but the girls of Little Mix were there to make her see that she was beautiful.

In 2011, Little Mix became the first girl group to ever win the x factor.

In 2012 Little Mix they announced their first album named DNA. The album reached number 3 in Ireland and The U.K.

People get really rude towards Jesy and her body. She received a lot of cyberbullying and threats of death just because they didn't like her. At first she was affected by all this hate but now she doesn't care and finally she is happy with herself.

Jesy is finally happy with herself, also she is so happy and thankful towards Little Mix and their fans. Now, with their album named LM5 released on November 16th , the girls and her are trying to spread the message of self-love and girl power.
