    The Isshi Incident

    In this incident, a group of men that consisted of Nakatomi no Kamatari, Prince Naka no Ōe, four gaurds, and others planned to eliminate the Soga clan. This plan was to commence with the assasination of Soga no Iruka, which was attempted after a well-formed plan had been developed. It didn't kill the man right away, but several days later when the gaurds rushed him.
