She's always been outspoken throughout her career and has related to so many people.

I know that one of Nicki Minaj's biggest role models is Lauryn.

For example, "If i was a boy" is a song about how hard things can be for a female just because of a man. As adele once said, you have represented the black community and made them feel powerful and equal.
