    For 100 years the British and the French and the acadians were fighting for the ohio valley and it started to get bad when the british kicked the acadians out and that started the 7 years war

    Wolf led the daring ground attack, the siege was 2 months long
    and the british won and got down the st lawrence river.
    Effect
    This allowed the British to go down the st lawrence river and get to quebec city but not till the spring.

    wolfe leed his troops up a steep cliff and he was sandwiched by two armies montcalm did not want to wait for reinforcements and he rushed ahead but they were on organized and the british beated them badly. The french surrendered
