    The highest rank in the Army would be 0-10 also known as a "Five Star General". Once you've reached 0-3 (Captain) does not mean you would have the opportunity of becoming ranked 0-10, promotions not being a sure thing afterwards. It all depends upon an individual's determination to reach and achieve a high standard rank.

    Due to the Revolutionary War, America became in debt, not having enough money or supplies to make the decorated, multi-colored shoulder ranks. This was solved by instead replacing badges of smaller and simpler representation of the ranks, these order given by George Washington himself.

Commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command and United States Northern Command. Robinson earned the rank of 5 star general and made military history by becoming the highest ranked woman in the United States Military.
