Invention
Fashion started sometime around the late 1300’s. Dresses and garments were more expensive, cheaper garments worn more frequently and easier to ruin. Fabric gave us an insight to regions, different time periods, etc. Designers usually based their clothes on their client’s symbols, own values etc. -

Progress #1
Mid 1400’s: consisted of dull colors and clothes weren’t sewn but draped. Men wore bright clothes and for women the longer the dress ment the richer. The first clothes were made of furs and skins and they were for the purpose of protection. -

In the 1800’s women still wore trimmings and lace and men wore embroidery military uniforms and short, knee-length culottes. Women usually wore a cashmere shawl over their shoulders when they wore dresses. Women also usually wore leather or cloth shoes or leather boots. Men’s clothes still consisted of trousers and a short jacket. -

Women’s dresses usually had long trains in the back. Later on, the most fashionable skirts reached the ankle. Men usually wore over the ankle boots. Children were also involved in fashion. Girls wore knee length dresses normally with black shoes and woolen stockings. Boys mostly wore Russian style blouses. Although, fashionable boys would wear sailor suits. -
Today
Bright colors and sunglasses are very in style now! Since summer is coming around it makes us want to wear bright and cheery clothes. And soon enough after Memorial Day we will be mixing up some of our own new trends. -
Future of fashion
Our prediction for 2050 is the LED dress. It is going to have colorful pink's, green's, yellows, and organge LED lights all over it. It is a sleeveless dress that goes all the way down to your toes. And you can even top off the rest of the look with some LED jewlery and LED heels. Now the 2050 look is cmplete.
