The Proclamation Line of 1763
It proclaimed that the colonist could not move west of the Applichain mountains. -
Sugar Act
The act said that all sugar and molasse imported from the colonise would be taxed. -

Quartering Act
In order to save money and to enfore the Proclamation Line of 1763 they made this act which requiered colonist to house or quarter the British troops and provide them with food and other supplies. -
Townshend Act
The British finance minister passed a tax to pay for the troops supplies in America. This act put tax on glass, paper, paint, lead, and tea. -
Boston massacre
The colonist started to pick on the British soldiers.They threw snow, rocks, clubs and called them names. One of the colonist dared them to fire and the British thinking it was there comander fired. -

Men disguised as mohawk native americans baorded 3 ships in the Boston Harbor and threw tea over baord. -
Coercive Acts/ Intolerable Acts
These Acts were passed to punish Boston and send a message to the other colonies that Britian was in control. -
First Continental Congress
The Continental Congress was held at Carpenters Hall in Philadelphia all ofthe colonies sent deligates but Georgia. -
Second Continental Congress
The Second Continental Congress managed the colonial war effort. -
lexington and Concord
This battle was fought on April 16, 1775 and kicked off the Revlutionary war. -
Declaration of Independece
The Delaration of Independece stated that the colonist were breaking away from the British crown and forming there own goverment.
