    Adolfo Hitler, leader of the National Socialist Party (NAZI), was appointed Chancellor by President Paul von Hindenburg. He annulled the opposition parties, formed his own police (SA, GESTAPO, SS, SD) and before the silence of Europe, Hitler began his policy of expansion.
