    Ann starts being very irritable and rude to her parents. She is very emotional and gets sad over little things.

    Ann face a physical challenge in the health tiangle. She was skinny and fit all her life then she gained a little weight after she quit soccer. She started eating healthy, and did track.

    Ann's older brother dies while he was hit by a drunk driver. Ann was sad and angry at the life of the drunk driver.

    Ann's best friend Sarah starts drinking. Ann is concerned that Sarah might become an alcoholic, be more violent, try to persuade her and other friends into drinking, or get in trouble for under-age drinking.

    Ann take away Sarah's keys when she considers on driving drunk. Later when Sarah is sober she explains how her brother was killed from a drunk driver, and the guy was locked up for life.

    Ann's parents got a divorce. It's been hard on her to be the same around her friends. She uses running to get her mind off of things.

    Ann is home sick with the Flu for an entire week. She take Asprin to calm the fever. Next year she plans on getting the flu shot.

    Ann's mom starts smoking again. She is concerned her mom may suffer from lung cancer, emphysemia, or chronic bronchitis.

    Today, Ann made a pledge to stay absinent. The three tips her parent gave her were stay away from drug and alcohol they will impair your judgement, know right from wrong, and don't sink into peer pressure.
