Continents split up moving where one part moved north and the other moved south.
Ended with a meteor hitting earth, creating toxic gas that spread throughout the world. -
The continents were already breaking apart and the dinosaurs continued to roam around. The first flowering trees developed. A giant meteor hit the earth causing toxins to make the surface unbreathable, killing all the dinosaurs and pretty much everything else.

The species that survived the meteor crash that ended the dinosaurs were about to experience the global cooling. mammals and birds were the dominate species. As temperatures dropped, so did sea level. This opened up land bridges that connected the continents. Ended with the Ice Age

Age of Humans. As Ice Ages happened, mammals developed fur to fend off the cold. The First humans to appear were the Homo Erectus. The Globe suffered between Global Cooling and Global Warming.
