    Three weeks after Lincoln's death, William Loyd Garrison who still oppose racist, including his critiques of Lincoln's racist, and he loose his job, he announced his retirement. But his team and followers don't want him to stop his job, they instead shifted to the black vote.

    Andrew Johnson basically reversed a lot of Lincoln's promises, he stop the black voting of every state, and he create black codes which can stop the black have freedom.

    Andrew Johnson was one of the evil, he keep the "free" slaves, black people need to fight to build their own institutions. On 1870 the Fifteenth Amendment was made official, no one can "race color", or previous condition of servitude.
