Washington tries to take over Fort Necesity but is attacked by the French. Then, a war starts and Washington becomes involved. -

The Albany Congress fails and the Iroquois breaks off relations with Britain. Then they threaten to trade with the French. -

The British tries to eliminate French presence in North America. General Edward Braddock evicts the French from the Ohio Valley and Canada. -
Braddock is Defeated
The French and Indians defeat Braddock and his English and colonial forces at Fort Duquesne. -
Acadians
After refusing to swear loyalty to Britain, 6,000 Acadians are expelled from Nova Scotia. -

The English declare war on on the French. Native Americans fight for both sides. -

Treaty of Paris
The Treaty of Paris ends the war. France loses Canadian possessions, most of Indian Empire, and claims two lands east of the Mississippi River. Spain gets all French lands west of the Mississippi River and New Orleans, but loses Florida to England. England gets all of the French lands in Canada, rights to Caribbean slave trade, and commercial dominance in India. -
