Juliette was born to Nellie and William Gordon and was born two years after her oldre sister, Eleanor. She was named after her grandma Kinzie. Wen her uncle saw her for the first time he called her a "Daisy" and from then on her nick name was that.

The Civil War had just begun and Daisy and her family had just moved to the South. Daisy's father and both of her uncles were fighting. The problem was they were fighting against each other.

Daisy's uncle dies inthe battle of 1862. Her other uncles were taken prisoner.

It doesn't say when her brother and sister were really born all it says is that they were three years apart. Daisy's brother,Bill, ws six years younger than her. Her sister, Alice, is three years younger thwn her. These peple are a big part in Daisy's and her parent's lives.

Every Summer the Gordon family went to their cousins home " on the cliffs" as they call it. They spent many summers up there playing dress up and putting on plays, one of Daisy's favorite things to do there. Daisy most enjoyed painting and swimming at their cousons house. It does not say the exact date that they went there.

Alice was Daisy's sister she had a very bad rash. When it went away she got very sick. When she died her mother went in a mental breakdown.

Daisy had lost most of her hearing in one of her ears from an illness that she had gotten early in life. After her wedding she said that she had pain in her good ear. She went to a docter to see what it was and it was a grain of rice stuck in her ear. The operation that she had was not succesful and she lost all of her hearing in that ear. Now she was almost deaf. she hadto use special hearing trumpet that she put inher ear so she could hear.

Daisy married William at the Christ Church of Savnnah. William lived in England so when they got married Daisy had to move to England.

Daisy attented many parties when she was in England. She always looked elegant and clean. She often threw parties herself.

Daisy went to Florida at the begining of the war. When she was there she helped wonded soldiers with her mothers and others. They worked and helped as nurses.

Daisy was in America when President Taft came to her parents house. She told them to redecorate the whole house and hang an American flag on the porch.

Daisy's good friend Robert Baden-Powel created Boy Scouts. Daisy loved the things that he tought his boys. His sister started Girl Guides. Daisy wanted to be apart of it so she started her own group. They met at her house and talked about how a lady ahould act and learn how to do htings that they will need to do later in life. At the end of every meeting they had a tea party.

Daisy had to stop with her Girl Guides to go see her father for the last time. After her father died her mother went crazy and started talking to her father.

After setting up to Girl Guides in England Daisy goes to her home town, Savvanah. Daisy started Girl Guides in Savvanah. There girls could play basketball and learn servival skills. Her dream of haveing Girl Guides all around the world has started.

Daisy has Girl Scouts all over the USA. She even has them in different countries.

Daisy died of Brest Cancer. She died where she wished in her home in Savvanah. Praticaly all the Girl Scouts in America came to her funeral.
