    Magna Carta

    The Magna Carta established that no one, including the leader is above the law. This document laid the groundwork for the future such as the Delclaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights.

  • Declaration of Independence

    The Declaration of Independence is adopted.

  • Ordinance of Religious Freedom

    The Ordinance of Relgious Freedom was created which prohibited harrassment based off of different religous viewpoints.

  • Bill of Rights

    The Bill of Rights, which stated that first ten amendments to the Constitution, was added.

  • Fourteenth Amendment

    The Fourteenth Amendment was added to the Constitution which gave people equality and granted citizenship to "all persons born or naturalized in the United States".
