    Heaven has a prject due tomorrow that she hasnt started she is getting angry, and dont want to be bothered. A coping method she uses is to stay relaxed.

    Heaven is scared that he best friend will become addicted have brain damage, heart damage or high blood pressure, because she is drinking.

    Heaven's grandfather just died now she is going through Denial and Emotional Release.

    If heaven Starts eating healthier foods then she reduced her chance of getting a stroke, weight gain, type 2 diabetes, and cancer.

    Heaven told her uncle that is he continues to smoke he can have lung cancer a weaken immune system and a stroke.

  • Takes keys away from best friend before he/she drives home from a party.

    Next time heaven said she was going to telll her friend that he friend could serve jail time get injured get their drivers lisence token and get an higher auto insurance for drinking and driving.

    To get better she can eat proper nutritions rest and drink lots of fluids. But to prevent it she can get a flu vaccination.
